Hotel Ag Express Elche - Torrellano

This hotel suits me perfectly. It has reliable wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a comfortable bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped with a morning wake-up call. I highly recommend staying here for a smooth experience. I'm coming back for a city trip!

We had a good stay, the hotel was ideal, clean, with comfortable location in a hot cafeteria. The room was great-sized with comfortable shower, a nice bathroom, double bed, appreciated our time there. The attached restaurant food was outstanding.

The location next door to city centre was magnificent and ideal.

The clean room provided a comfortable space for a quick stay. The easy check-in process kept things simple and smooth.

Navigating to this spot can be unnecessarily complicated. You'll need to deal with a 380-meter walk across a fragile footbridge over the highway, which isn't ideal if you're hauling luggage. The available dining options are limited and pricey, prompting a trek to a nearby petrol station for basic snacks. Wi-Fi connectivity leaves much to be desired, causing significant frustration for those with work to handle.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with toiletries and got it upon arrival.

TBH, the room was basic, we expected better.

Hotel was simple to find, as it is on the South-bound side of the AP7 motorway, but could be accessed by footbridge if travelling north.

Double room contained 2 large single beds pushed together, also only a shower available (no baths) en-suite.

Staying at Ag Express was quite convenient due to its close location to the airport. The room had all the amenities I needed, including comfortable beds and decent air conditioning. The secure parking was a major plus, especially after a long flight. The cleanliness left much to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the walls and an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room, off-putting. The journey to the hotel could also be confusing if you're arriving from the south, as navigating to the entrance involved a walk across a footbridge and dealing with poorly maintained roads. The staff were helpful, but the cleanliness issues and access routes require attention for a better experience.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, polite and helpful staff, particularly considering our late arrival. Good food available, even at late hour. Easy and convenient location for Alicante Airport.

Minor irritation - no beer or wine available in the restaurant to accompany late meal (even though we could have had this with breakfast the next morning!).

The staff are exceptionally nice, the hotel is ideal and with ideal location right by clean quiet cheap, and carriageway. Rooms are good sized with double bed, comfortable shower and toiletries, food is outstanding...

We liked the fact that the hotel is right on the motorway and that its cafe is open 24/7. We also liked the fact that the hotel rooms are better than you will find in many 5 star hotels and that car security is so well maintained. This hotel is perfect for a late night arrival or early morning departure and if you follow the hotels own instructions it is so easy to find.

The agency direction instructions are very very confusing and would only work if you went by bicycle from the airport !

Cut to the chase, here's my take

A fantastic overnight stop close to the airport! From the friendly reception to the modern, clean room, everything was great. The secure parking added peace of mind, while the 24-hour cafeteria served delicious food. An unexpected sea view and great pricing topped off a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Modern clean Hotel that was worth the cost. I will use this Hotel again in the future.

Excellent value for money. Rooms very clean, modern and comfortable. Advantage of a 24 hour cafe and free Wifi. Much better value for money than comparable uk hotel chains. Will certainly be booking a room for my next business trip.
